Course objectives:

The relevance of the course is determined by the need to explore international relations as a special political reality closely related to other aspects of the society life and, nevertheless, being independent and developing according to its own historical laws. The principles of cooperation in the international sphere, which originated in the Westphalian era, are constantly evolving, improving and acquiring a new quality with the development of scientific and technological progress, the complexity of social and political relations, the formation and evolution of national sovereignty and a number of other factors. The relevance of this course is also justified by the need to analyze external and internal factors affecting the development of international relations.
